Nautilus Plus has the right to modify prices of items without advance notice. All items you add to your cart show the current price displayed on the product page. Even if Nautilus Plus is trying to be as precise as possible, the price of a product on the web site could be incorrect in which case, the price shown on the web site at the time of purchase will be applied.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Note that some products may need a special order, may not be available in some areas or in both official languages and are indicated as such. Nautilus Plus reserves the right to modify the status of availability of a product without notice. Nautilus Plus will not be held responsible concerning shipping delays caused by delivery companies. Nautilus Plus has the right, at its discretion, to limit quantities, refuse orders, close accounts or cancel orders.

4. REFUND POLICY
Please note that all sales are final. It is impossible to cancel an order after clicking “Submit my order.” Meals and snacks ordered through the Zero Diet online store are not refundable or exchangeable. In the event that obvious damage to the packaging compromises the quality of the product, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of picking up the order. In these circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Nautilus Plus, a credit may be given on your next order.

5. PRODUCT SHIPPING
All orders are delivered free of charge to one of our pick up locations (our Nautilus Plus centres). The list is available on our Web site www.nautilusplus.com. Orders are usually delivered between 2 to 7 business days after the confirmation e-mail is sent. Another notification e-mail is sent once the order is ready for pick-up, after which the customer has 7 business days to retrieve the order. Nautilus Plus can’t guarantee that the order will be available beyond this period, as the products could be sold to other customers. Another 2 to 7 days wait period will be necessary to reprocess the order.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
Nautilus Plus is committed to protecting personal information, by following responsible information handling practices in keeping with privacy laws. Nautilus Plus uses modern information and communication technologies to support its activities. Our Privacy Statement covers Nautilus Plus and our website.
